Vinca Organic Red Wine – Terre Siciliane IGT

A blend of 80% Nero d’Avola and 20% Frappato organic grapes grown on the west coast of Sicily in a 187ml aluminium can.
Filarè, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC

The grapes are harvested around the middle of October, at an average yield of 70 hl per hectare. Vinification takes part in stainless steel to preserve the vivid fruit characters of the variety. This is followed by 15-20 days of maceration on the grape skin to add extra structure, flavour and complexity.
Vignaquadra Pecorino IGT, Terre di Chieti

The grapes are harvested at the end of September at an average yield of 60 hl per hectare. Grapes undergo pre-ferment maceration at low temperatures upon arrival, with removal from the stalks and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruity and floral characters.
