Carmen Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes were handpicked from our estate vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at 24º – 27º C. The total maceration period was between 14-22 days. The total blend was aged in French oak barrels for a period of 14 months and in stainless steel tanks.

Handpicked. 80% of the grapes were destemmed, macerated for 6 hours in the press and the must was macerated over its lees for 10 days at 4°C.
