Carmen Gold

Carmen’s Icon wine was born on a 3.47ha block planted in 1957 in Alto Jahuel, within the Alto Maipo sector of the Maipo Valley. The grapes were hand picked early in the morning and were taken to the winery in small 12 Kg boxes. They went through an optical selection before going into the tank.
Alta Yari Gran Corte

Double-selection of bunches and grains. Cold maceration during 4 days at 10°C (50°F). Selected yeasts. Daily punch-downs and delestages in small open top concrete tanks. Extended maceration for 30 days at 28°C (82°F). Malolactic fermentation occurred in barrels. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and concrete eggs.
Carmen Gran Reserva Cabernet Franc

The grapes picked from our estate vineyards. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at 24º – 27º C. The total maceration period was between 14-22 days. The blend was aged in French oak barrels for a period of 14 months and in stainless steel tanks.
Grower’s Club Red blend

Stellenbosch is a hilly region of the Cape Winelands sheltered in a valley at an average elevation of 136m. The soil in this region range from dark alluvium to clay and combined with a well-drained hilly terrain and a Mediterranean climate, it offers excellent conditions for the grapes
Tenute Tomasella Cabernet Franc, Friuli Grave DOC

This DOC Cabernet Franc is from Friuli Grave, where the variety is particularly prized and produces a unique expression. The wine is unoaked to preserve the character and natural fruit and herbal flavours of the variety.
