This Garnacha is grown on our ‘Guindal’ plots which are south-east facing and were planted 40 years ago. Harvested by hand before undergoing natural fermentation. Ageing is then carried out in foudres and cement tanks. This care and attention makes this wine a fine, complex, supple expression of the grape and terroir. Notes of wild berries, black fruit and a touch of spice on the nose. A complex palate with hints of rosemary, thyme, pine and black olive overlapping crunchy fruit.
