Taste
After the harvest in mid-September, the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed, then undergo a cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature around 12°C – 14°C. Expressive nose of mixed stone fruit alongside notes of sage and elderflower. The palate is rich and elegant with a long and refreshing finish.
