Made from Garnacha Blanca grown on old vines grown organically with minimal intervention. The wine is aged for three months in clay amphorae. Lovely notes of lemon and pineapple on the nose with a hint of white flowers. Fresh and youthful, with balanced acidity. Long finish with citrus notes. Great with salads, vegetables, fish, white meat and poultry.
