HATCH Clare Valley Watervale Riesling

The 2023 vintage at Clare Valley produced Riesling fruit with great depth of flavour and wonderful natural acidity. Cold fermentation in refrigerated stainless steel tanks was used to capture and retain the intense but delicate fruit flavours.

Vignaquadra Pecorino IGT, Terre di Chieti

The grapes are harvested at the end of September at an average yield of 60 hl per hectare. Grapes undergo pre-ferment maceration at low temperatures upon arrival, with removal from the stalks and controlled temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruity and floral characters.
