Il Querciolaia, IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale – ‘Super Tuscan’

A blend of Sangiovese (65%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%). The average age of the vines is around 30 years. This wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 – 20 months and a further 6 months in bottle. Intense and balanced.
Querceto “La Corte”, IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale

This wine is made with Sangiovese grapes from vines with an average age of 40 years. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, and with a further six months in bottle prior to its release. It is an intense and incredibly well-balanced wine.
Castello di Querceto, DOCG Chianti Classico Riserva

95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo. This wine uses grapes from vines grown at between 350-500 metres altitude, with an average vine age of between 20-40 years. It is aged in Allier, Limousine and Troncais barrels for 10-12 months. It has a soft and elegant body and will age for 15-18 years.
Castello di Querceto, DOCG Chianti Classico

92% Sangiovese and 8% Canaiolo. This wine uses grapes from vines grown at between 350-500 metres altitude, with an average vine age of between 10 and 30 years. It is aged in casks for 8 to 10 months and a further three months in bottle.
