Redwood Hills was cane pruned to 2, 3 & 4 canes, on VSP trellising. Pinot Gris flourishes on this gently sloping vineyard. Grapes are harvested in cases and then pressed softly. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (between 14° and 16°C).
