Latis Cabernet Sauvignon

Latis Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes grown on 30 year old vines in the Pays d’Oc area which benefits from a very dry climate and low rainfall. The wine is vinified in a traditional way, with a 15 to 20 day maceration period between 24 and 280C and ageing in concrete tanks before bottling.
Querceto Il Cignale, IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale

A true ‘super Tuscan’, Il Cignale is produced from Castello di Querceto’s best Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot grapes. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle before release, this is a powerful and complex wine, with the potential to age for many years.
Il Querciolaia, IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale – ‘Super Tuscan’

A blend of Sangiovese (65%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%). The average age of the vines is around 30 years. This wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 – 20 months and a further 6 months in bottle. Intense and balanced.
